Week by week, our volunteers empower hundreds of young people across Eastwood to try new things, make new friends and develop independence.

Join us and help make a difference to young people's lives. You don't need to have been a Scout when you were younger. You don't even need to know how to put up a tent.

Whatever your skillset, lend a hand for as little or as much time as you can spare, and we promise you'll get more out than you put in. We're into flexible volunteering - so there really is a role for everyone.

We provide the training. You show up, get stuck in as part of a team of adults, and make new memories for life. Sound fun? Worthwhile? It is!

Help us get more young people active in Scouting

Across Eastwood we have long waiting lists of young people desperate to join Scouting. What we need to make that happen is your help. 

Our adult volunteers get just as much out of Scouting as our young people do. As well as helping young people to enjoy the adventure of Scouting, you'll also have fun, make friends, develop new skills and have unforgettable experiences. We can also help you develop your current skills and learn new ones. Volunteering in Scouting can enhance your CV or simply allow you to pursue your interest in a specific hobby.

As long as you're over 18, you can help out as an adult volunteer in Scouting. There is no upper age limit for adult volunteers.
